Apparel Printing FAQ

What type of services do you offer?

We are a full-service, screen printing and design shop. In addition to high quality screen printing and embroidery, our capabilities include: graphic design for logos, t-shirts, packaging, posters, web design and advertising layout. Visit our DESIGN SERVICE section for more info.

Can you create a custom design for me?

Absolutely! Please visit our DESIGN SERVICE section to see a small sample of the type of work we can do for you. Our Design Team will meet with you to discuss your project.

Can i provide my own artwork?

Sure. Preferably, the file you provide would be Adobe Illustrator or EPS format. Designs should be vector with fonts converted to outlines. Photoshop files can be submitted as well, but should be at least 600 dpi, rasterized. Our art department will be happy to provide a quote for your artwork if it is not print-ready in the above formats.

Can you print items other than t-shirts?

Yes, we can print on a variety of textiles including most paper and fabric. Visit our POSTER section for more info on paper printing.

Is there a minimum order?

For screen printing it is 24 pieces, embroidery 12. We can always work with less. Please contact us for more info.

How is printing priced?

Each project is unique and pricing is based on garment, print locations and colors, and quantity. We are happy to provide up-front pricing quotes for your order.

Can I proof the order before it is printed?

We strive for ultimate customer satisfaction! We proof every new design before final production. We encourage you to be at our location and approve a test print. If you are unable to be here in person, a picture proof can emailed or sent via text.

What apparel brands do you offer?

We have a full catalog available that offers several name-brand apparel items in various styles, colors and materials. We offer Royal Apparel, Bella+Canvas, Alternative, Hanes, Anvil and Gildan just to name a few. Stop by our shop or contact us to request a copy of our catalog. we will be happy to assist you in choosing the right product for you needs.

Can I order samples?

You may order samples of any item from our catalog. Samples generally arrive within 1-2 days. Also, we have many colors, styles and brand samples available in-house for loan.

How soon can my order be ready?

After final approval, your order should be ready within 10 business days, depending on quantity and complexity. Design services vary greatly. Our Design Team will meet with you and establish a time frame for your project as well as pricing guidelines. Of course, rush services are available for an additional fee.
